Terms, Conditions, and Policies
Stainless Steel Jewelry Purchases
- ASAFOX does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.
- We will happily re-weld a broken ASAFOX jump ring at no charge at any point after purchase.
- Client must provide the originally-purchased chain and any charms/connectors in re-usable condition for no-cost re-weld.
- Re-welds may be done in-person at an ASAFOX event, in the AF Studio, or mailed (add a clasp and earrings only). Contact us for a mailing address. Client is responsible for return shipping costs, and repaired item will be shipped back to client at no additional charge.
- Lost chain or chain which is no longer in usable condition can be replaced within 90 days of original purchase with new chain at current price less a 50% discount.
- Lost chain after 90 days from original purchase may only be replaced at full current pricing.
- Lost charms and connectors must be re-purchased at full current prices.
* All permanent jewelry re-welds and replacement discounts require client to provide the automated email that was sent upon completion of our waiver.
AF Studio Appointments
- Studio appointment deposits are non-refundable, but you may transfer your deposit to a new date by contacting us directly.
- In-studio packages (bestie dates, date nights, “As a Fox” packages) are not refundable, but you may transfer your package appointment to a new date by contacting us directly.
- In-studio group packages (bestie dates and date nights) are not partially refundable if one or more participants does not attend. However any items included for a missing participant may be transferred to other participant(s) in attendance.
Hand Stamped Aluminum, Brass, and Copper Non-Permanent Items
- We do not offer refunds on hand stamped items.
- You acknowledge and agree that the metals used in our hand stamped cuff pieces are not meant for permanent wear, can discolor, and may require special care and cleaning.
- You acknowledge and agree that hand stamping does not result in a “perfect” look, and letter spacing and alignment may not be uniform.
- You acknowledge and agree that hand stamped letter enamel may wear off over time, and understand that you may refresh the coloring with an enamel marker (we recommend the ImpressArt brand).
All Purchases
By completing purchase, client acknowledges and agrees that:
- ASAFOX makes no guarantee of product lifespan or safety beyond information disclosed.
- No jewelry product is indestructible, and that reasonable care should be taken to avoid damage to the product and personal injury that may be incurred by wear and ownership of the jewelry product.
- Colored plated metal of any kind can fade with wear over time.
Party Policies
Home Party/Private Event Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Party rescheduling must be done by host (whomever made the package purchase) at least 48 hours in advance of your original party start date/time.
- Party rescheduling may be done after the 48 hour mark as described above (47-8 hours in advance of party start date/time) with a $100 fee. A late rescheduling fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward party purchases. Please contact us to discuss this option.
- Party cancellation will forfeit entire package cost paid.
- Party package costs cannot be partially refunded for missing participants (i.e. selected base party package includes 5 participants but only 4 individuals attend). However any items included for a missing participant may be transferred to other participant(s) in attendance.
- Party package additional guests paid for on a per-person basis from THIS listing will gladly be refunded should the additional participants not attend. Refund to be completed by AsaFox within 48 hours of party start date/time.
- Pre-order items (such as custom engraved charms) are not refundable due to party rescheduling or cancellation, but clients may opt to attend a pop-up event or make a studio appointment to have the items installed.
Travel Fees
- You agree to complete payment on additional travel fee of $25 for out of area party locations at the time of your booking deposit payment. See THIS listing to determine if the fee applies to your location.
- If you submit your booking payment without the travel fee (if required), your date will NOT be blocked off until the travel fee is received.
- Travel fee for applicable location addresses does not apply as a credit toward purchases at your party.
- Travel fee may be transferred to another date if your party is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your original party start time/date.
- Travel fee is non-refundable if party is cancelled per request of host.
